AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO LEANDREW LULL OF PIKE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The right of suffrage is hereby fully and completely restored to Leandrew Lull of Pike County, Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of his conviction of false pretense in Pearl River County, Mississippi, in 1986, and his conviction of uttering forgery in Pearl River County in 1988, and who has completed the penalty and any conditions imposed upon him for such convictions. The Legislature has been reliably informed that he is now conducting himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
